Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

By law we are obliged to provide a cancellation form (click here), which you can download, print off and post to us. If you have a scanning facility you may also email this to us as an attachment if you wish. You are NOT obliged to use this form.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the 14 day cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, you then have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation in which to return the goods to us.

Any delays in meeting these deadlines may affect your right to a refund.

If you cancel after the goods have been despatched and while they are in transit (even if there is a delay in transit) we cannot make any refunds until they are back in our possession or Royal Mail have accepted a claim for compensation.

For clarification, Orders are closed off weekdays at 5.00pm and despatched to Royal Mail shortly after. It is impossible to retrieve any orders where cancellations are received by us after 5.00pm.
