Ordering Details

At boxers-and-briefs.net our aim is provide 100% authentic Designer underwear products to our Customers at competitive prices, whilst ensuring a high level of quality and service.

All prices shown on our website include VAT at the current rate where applicable. VAT is chargeable on sales of adult clothing and postage for all deliveries within the EU.

For deliveries outside the EU (including some European Countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Channel Islands) the website will recalculate and deduct the VAT during the checkout process once your delivery details have been entered. Customers outside the EU may be liable to pay import duties and taxes on the goods in their own Country.

If you require delivery to the Channel Islands, please select “UK - Channel Islands (Guernsey)” or “UK - Channel Islands (Jersey)” as appropriate from the drop-down country list.

The final total payable inclusive of any delivery charges will be displayed before you submit your order.

We despatch Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays. Virtually all orders received before 1.00pm are despatched that day. Orders after 1.00pm are despatched the following working day. Please bear in mind that internet delays may occur between you order time and our receipt time.

On placing an order you will be presented with an invoice/receipt on screen which you can print off for your records.  You will also be sent a confirmation invoice/receipt by email. Please double check the details on the document to make sure that the details you have given and items you have ordered are correct and advise us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.

You will also be sent additional emails from the Payment Processors, SagePay, Paypal or Amazon depending on which payment method you chose.

A further email will be sent to you on the early evening of the day we despatch your order, this will detail your postal tracking number.

All payments on our website are made totally securely and we never see your payment card details.  If, however, your order is made over the telephone we will ask for your card details which we will input securely in the same manner before destroying the information.

Information about Special Offers:
Special offers will frequently take the form of Buy one or more, get one or more free or discounted.
The free or discounted items will always be the cheapest priced items on your order. Owing to the way that the software calculates these offers, the same item may be discounted more than once.  On these occasions it may be beneficial for you to place multiple orders.

Incorrect Customer Details:
Please be aware that in cases where a Customer has entered their delivery name or address details incorrectly we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the order.  We will endeavour to assist in recovering the package, but, in the case of total non-delivery we shall not be able to refund or re-despatch goods until when and if the package is returned to us by the Royal Mail.  In such a case an extra charge of double our standard postage will be made for redelivery (please see "Undeliverable Orders" on our Delivery Details page).
