boxers-and-briefs.net products are all 100% authentic and represent excellent value for money but if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you inform us by email or letter within seven working days of receiving them. See Returns Procedure below.
CARE OF GARMENTS IN CASE OF RETURN
You have a Duty of Care:
* Please ensure that briefs/trunks/boxers etc. (all bottoms) are tried on over your own underwear.
* Due to hygiene reasons, health and safety, we are unable to accept the return of thongs/strings
* Products should not be marked or stained by perfumes.
* Returned items must be unworn and unwashed.
* Please return with all labels intact and with their original retail packaging.
* Any items, which were delivered in a retail display box must be rigidly protected for return (Do not return them in soft padded bags). Items returned with crushed display boxes are no longer re-saleable. We suggest you retain the outer cardboard postal packaging for re-use until you are satisfied with the garment.
* Please return the items within 14 days of receiving them.
* Use a method of delivery which provides compensation in the case of loss or damage, they are your responsibility until we receive them. We are unable to accept responsibility for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
You must bear the cost of returning the items to us, except where the wrong item has been sent by us or the item is found to be not as described, flawed, damaged or defective.
We will refund your payment in full, including our delivery charge. Refunds for part orders will be made pro-rata to the original order value. In the case of an exchange, we will return your requested alternative items, delivered free.
Where an item, which has already been exchanged is requested to be exchanged again we reserve the right to charge for the re-delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
We shall process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In certain cases we reserve the right to make a refund instead of a replacement.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
You must first request a returns authorisation from us by sending an email to returns@boxers-and-briefs.net or by letter to the address at the top of the Invoice / Delivery Note - please ensure you include the following details:
* Your order number (found on your invoice, delivery note, confirmation email, etc.).
* Brief reason for returning the goods.
* Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. In the case of an exchange, the replacement item(s) you require. (If your required items are not in stock we will advise about availability).
* Your name, address and a contact telephone number.
We will then advise you where to return the item(s) and any special instructions.
UK customers, we would advise that you return goods via Royal Mail. Currently you can claim compensation to the following amounts:
* 10 times the value of a first class stamp providing you have obtained a free Certificate of Posting or paid for Recorded Delivery.
* Up to £500 if you send by Special Delivery.
International customers, please return goods using a prepaid, insured, traceable method. If you are outside the EU clearly mark your package RETURNED GOODS to avoid delays at Customs.
