Q: How can I pay securely?
A:
You can choose to pay using your credit or debit card either via our own secure checkout or through PayPal or Amazon. None of these incur any cost to yourself.
 
In the case of our own checkout, your card details are entered onto the SagePay Secure Gateway, the information you pass is encrypted to a secure site, the transaction validated by them.
When Paying with Paypal or Amazon, you are automatically transferred to a secure site where the information you pass is encrypted.
 
In either case, at no time do we see your card details and we do not store any card details.
 
SagePay is examined by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. If you have processed your order online using the SagePay payment pages, please locate and click on the padlock image which can be found on the payment pages to confirm that your details are collected in a secure environment.

The padlock is located in a different area of the payment page screen depending on the internet browser you are using – it can normally be found in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, at the top of the screen next to (or inside) the address bar or at the very top right hand corner of the screen. This padlock shows that your details are collected using 128 bit SSL technology.

Once you have entered your card details, SagePay will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and SagePay ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a third party.


Q: Do I need to be a member of PayPal or Amazon to use their payment facility?
A: If you do not already have a PayPal or Amazon Account you will need to open one. This only takes a couple of minutes and then allows you to use their facilities to pay by credit card, debit card or direct debit from your bank. When you have one of these accounts checkout becomes quicker because you can use the information they have stored for you.

Q: Can I return the items that I buy?
A: Yes, although certain conditions apply. See our Returns Policy page

Q: How accurate are the sizing guides?
A: We provide sizing guides in good faith for guidance purposes only. The guides are provided to us by the manufacturers, we do not measure them ourselves. There are bound to be manufacturing tolerances but, due to the high quality of the products, these should be very slight.

Q: How long does it take between me placing an order and the item getting shipped/posted?
A: We endeavour to despatch all orders for which payment is received by 2.00pm on the same day (Mon to Fri). If you make your payment on a credit or debit card or PayPal we consider this as immediately cleared for despatch. The PayPal eCheque service, however, takes 7 to 9 working days to clear into our account and orders will be held until this occurs. UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service, or Special Delivery if selected. Airmail services to Europe take approx. 3 to 7 working days and to other international destinations approx. 7 to 10 working days.

Q: How do you send my order?
A: All items are supplied in retail packaging but are despatched in robust postal packing to protect the contents and the retail packs in case you are buying them as a gift. The majority of orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (48-72 hours for delivery from dispatch) in the UK or Airmail to International Customers. Most are sent using a "signed for" service such as special delivery in the UK and "International Signed For" . Someone, therefore, will need to be at home to receive it. If no one is in the postman will usually leave a card asking you to arrange re-delivery or collect from your local post office. The items may be kept at the post office for only a week before being returned to us. If this occurs we reserve the right to charge postage again for re-delivery. We shall send you an email on the day of despatch so you know when to expect your delivery.

Q: I can't find what I want. Can I make a special order?
A: If you are looking for some other item of Mens underwear from the Brands we stock or we do not have the quantity of items you require, please email us we may be able to help. If we can obtain the item(s) you require we will quote you a price and delivery period and you can decide whether you wish to proceed. Special orders may take upto 28 days to be delivered. We will usually ask for payment in advance for special orders. If we merely have low stock of an item we can tell you when more are expected.
