Delivery Details

Please note: We aim to dispatch all orders before 1pm the same day Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

UK ORDERS

Orders Under £30
These will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service at a charge of £2.95. (Your order will be delivered within 48-72 hours of dispatch). If you are not available at the time of delivery your parcel will be sent to your nearest Royal Mail Depot for collection.

Orders Over £30
These will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service Free of Charge. (Your order will be delivered within 48-72 hours of dispatch). If you are not available at the time of delivery your parcel will be sent to your nearest Royal Mail Depot for collection.

Orders over £75
These will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service Free of Charge. This guarantees delivery by the next working day before 1pm. (Please see above re order times)  Please note this service requires a signature.  However, if you are not available at the time of delivery your parcel will be sent to your nearest Royal Mail Depot for collection.

EU/EUROPEAN ORDERS

These will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed for service at a charge of £7.00. Please note this service requires a signature. Please note it can take up to 15 working days for a parcel to reach an overseas destination.

NON EU/REST OF THE WORLD ORDERS

These will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed for service at a charge of £11.00. Please note this service requires a signature. Please note it can take up to 15 working days for a parcel to reach an overseas destination.

VAT FREE SALES

VAT free sales are available on deliveries to all Countries who are not part of the European Community (EC) VAT Scheme.
 
This, of course, applies to all Non-EU Countries amongst which are a few Western European Countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein etc.
 
Other Countries / Territories such as the Channel Islands have special VAT dispensations and are, therefore, supplied VAT Free.
 
If you require delivery to the Channel Islands, please select Guernsey or Jersey from the Country drop-down during checkout.
 
This website initially assumes that you are from the UK.  You will, therefore, need to begin checkout and enter your details to see the effect of the removal of the VAT charge (and also the delivery charge to your Country).
 
Please note that you may be responsible for the payment import taxes by your own government when the goods arrive in your country.
 
The VAT Free Sales are only available where we despatch to one of the above, described Countries.  If you order from a Non-EC Country for delivery into the EC, VAT will be charged.
